Shipping Policy

- Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

- Estimated delivery to the US: 7–15 business days after your order ships.

- Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may take 3–5 days to begin updating.

TailTidy products ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than shipping from a local warehouse.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier volume, weather, and holidays can occasionally add time. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us.

Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to correct it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
