Where Your Order Ships From
TailTidy works with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners overseas. Your order ships directly from our partner to your door. This lets us keep prices fair, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than shipping from a local warehouse. We'd rather be upfront about that than surprise you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Total time from order to delivery is usually about 2–3 weeks.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $35: flat $4.99 standard shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show updates while your package moves through international transit. See our Track Your Order page for details.
Possible Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can occasionally add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
